영국과 프랑스에서 개인전 혹은 단체전으로 전시 되었었고, '사물기호증'이라는 주제를 토대로 사회 비판적 메세지를 전달하고 있다.

by Celine during 2017-2020. The projects had been exhibited in the UK and France at her solo or group shows in 2018 and 19. Based on the
subject, 'The Objectum Sexuals' Celine delivers some socio critical messages.

사물의 결혼
2019
이 프로젝트는 Céline Park 디자이너가 연출하고 디자인한 20분짜리 공연이다. 다양한 예술가와 과학자가 함께하는 협업 프로젝트다. 이 프로젝트는 '만약…사물에 대한 결혼이 사회 규칙에 더 엄격하게 부합한다면?'이라는 가상의 시나리오를 추측하고 있다. 이 프로젝트에서 Céline은 객관적 성향을 가진 사람들이 자격을 갖추어야만 사랑하는 대상들과 결혼할 수 있는 디스토피아 사회를 상상해왔다.

The project is a 20-minute performance directed and designed by Céline Park. It is a collaborative project with various artists and a scientist. The project speculates a fictional scenario of ‘What if … marriage to objects conformed more strictly to the societal rules?’ In this project, Céline has imagined a dystopian society where objectophiles can only marry the objects they love once they are qualified.

'사물의 권리' 프로젝트는 셀린박 디자이너가 감독한 17분짜리 짧은 영화로, '사물기호증'으로 알려진 성적 지향의 새로운 형성을 탐구한다. 객관적으로 좋아하는 사람들은 종종 그들의 사물에 대한 사랑은 페티쉬가 아니라 진정한 사랑이라고 주장한다. 대부분 물건에 대한 감정적 욕망을 감추지만, 어떤 것은 그것을 폭로하고 자신이 사랑하는 물건과 결혼하여 충성을 다하는 것이다. 그러나 때로는 다른 사물에 대한 감정적 욕구를 자유롭게 표현하기도 하는데, 이는 사물의 관점에서 상상했을 때 일종의 부정으로 보일 수 있다. 이 프로젝트는 '만약 결혼한 물건들이 현대 사회의 규칙으로서 배우자에게 존경을 받을 권리가 있다면 어떨까?'라는 가상의 시나리오를 추측하고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 이 영화는 무생물체의 권리를 고상하게 하는 것이 그 물체들 자신의 관점에서 존중할 수 있는 것인지에 대해서도 의문을 제기한다.
The Object Right

The project is a short 17-minute film directed by Céline Park, exploring the new formation of a sexual orientation known as ‘objectum sexuality’. Objectophiles often argue that their love for objects is not a fetish but true love. Most of them conceal their emotional desire for objects, but some expose it and get married to the objects they love in order to be faithful. However, they sometimes liberally express their emotional desire towards other objects, which could seem a
form of infidelity when imagined from the objects’ perspective. The project speculates a fictional scenario of ‘What if … the married objects have the right to be respected by their spouses, as a rule of modern society?’ Nevertheless, the film also questions whether dignifying the rights of inanimate objects can ever be respectful from the objects’ own perspective.

위약 역할극을 통해 우울증과 사회구조에서 오는 심리적 요인을 살펴보는 추측 시나리오. 아스퍼거 증후군이 우리 사회 사이에 더 흔해졌을 때, 그리고 사람들이 사회 내부의 불안과 우울증을 근절하기 위해 극단적인 믿음 체계를 얻어야 할 때. 점점 더 많은 사람들이 다른 사람들과 의사소통을 하기 위해 기술에 의존하지만 어떻게든 그 안에서 사는 경향이 있다. 따라서, Céline은 비판적인 관점을 통해, 사람들이 인간 대신에 사물들과 의사소통하기 위해 사용할 수 있도록 하는 사물을 고안했고, 사람들은 그것을 작동시키기 위해 그들의 신념 체계를 여전히 사용할 필요가 있다.
우리 현대인들은 사물에 의해 매개되는 의사소통에 익숙하다. 사회적 만남이 점차 사라지면서 사회적 우울증과 아스퍼거 증후군(행동 및 관심의 제한적이고 반복적인 패턴과 함께 사회적 상호작용과 비언어적 의사소통의 현저한 어려움이 특징인 장애)이 퍼지고 대면적 의사소통이 부재하게 된다. 그리고 다음 세대는 태어날 때부터 스마트폰으로 의사소통하는 것을 경험하고 배우면서 장애에 대한 더 괜찮은 결과를 얻는 경향이 있다. 문제가 진척되는 경우에 앞서 언급한 장애의 수가 증가하면 'What if…' 사람들은 인간보다는 사물과 소통하고 싶어 하는 디스토피아의 미래를 상상했다. 이 경우에, 나는 사람들이 영화에서 드러나는 사물들과 소통하기 위해 사용하는 기계를 만들었다. 영화는 사회적 상호작용이 사라진 가정에서부터 시작된다. 사람과의 관계가 불안정하기 때문에, 그들은 이제 물체와의 안정적인 상호작용을 추구한다.

A speculative scenario looking at depression and the psychological factors from the social structure through placebo roleplay. When the Asperger syndrome becomes more common between our society and when people have to obtain an extreme belief system to eradicate from their anxiety and depression within our society. More and more people tend
to rely on technology to communicate with others but somehow live in it.
Therefore, through a critical perspective, Céline designed an object that allows people to use to communicate with objects instead of human and people still need to use their belief system in order to make it function.We contemporary are used to communication mediated by objects. As the social encounter gradually disappears, the social depression and Asperger syndrome (disorder characterized by significant difficulties in social interaction and nonverbal communication, along with restricted and repetitive patterns of behavior and interests)pervades and face-to-face communication becomes absent. And the next generations tend to have more decent results of the disorderd as they experienced and learned to communicate via smart phones ever since they were born. In the case the the problem progress, I imagined the dystopian future where the numbers of the previously mentioned disorders grow, then ‘What if…’ people want to communicate with objects rather than human. In the case, I have created a machine which people uses to communicate with objects which reveals in the film. The film starts with the assumption where social interactions have vanished. Due to the unstableness of relationships with people, they now seek for stable interactions with objects.

아침에 눈을 뜨자마자 우리는 배우자의 생사보다 핸드폰을 먼저 확인하는 시대에 살고 있다. 사물에 중독된 사람들이 늘어나는 만큼, 사물에 인격이 있다고 느끼고 사물과 결혼까지 하는 일명 ‘사물기호증자’ 의 수도 늘고 있다. 대표적인 예로 에리카 에펠 (Erika Eiffel)은 파리에 위치한 에펠탑과 결혼한 지 10년 만에 이혼하고, 한 박물관의 단두대와 재혼했다. 이렇듯 종종 사물기호증자들이 사물과 결혼한 뒤에 사물을 버리거나 외도를 하는 모습은 현재 보편적인 사회적 이슈들을 투영하기도 한다.
중국이나 한국, 일본 등 동아시아에서는 결혼할 때 상대방과 자신의 사주 궁합을 보기도 하고, 그 결과를 가볍게 넘기지 않는 사람들이 다수 존재한다. 스페큘레이티브 디자이너, 셀린박은 미래에 사물기호증자들과 사물의 사주 궁합을 보는 기계를 가상하여 동공 크기의 변화, 눈동자의 움직임, 손가락 지문을 통해 사용자의 감정을 파악하고, 결과를 출력하는 미래적 미신 기계, ‘The Object Matcher’를 디자인했다. 셀린은 'The Object Matcher' 기계로 단편 영화를 감독했다.
영화 속 루벤 쿠르베트는 자신이 사랑하는 대상과 가장 잘 어울린다는 정보를기계가 주지 않아 결혼 등록에 서명할 의향이 있지만 그럴 수 없었다.
The Object Matcher

We wake up in the morning looking for our cell phones before making sure if our spouses are alive. As more people are addicted to objects, the number of so-called "The Objectophiles" who feel that objects have personality and fall in love with them. In particular occasions, they even marry objects and the numbers of them are increasing yearly.
Erika Eiffel, for example, divorced after 10 years of marriage to the Eiffel Tower in Paris and remarried to a guillotine of a museum. In this way, the appearance of object haters abandoning or extramaritalizing objects after they marry them reflects the current universal social issues.
In East Asia, such as China, Korea, and Japan, there are many people who see the compatibility of their owners with the other person when they get married, and do not pass the consequences lightly. Celine Park, a speculative designer, designed 'The Object Matcher', a futuristic superstitious machine that virtualizes future machine that sees the combination of objects and objects, identifying users' emotions through changes in pupil size, eye movements and fingerprints. Celine directed the short film with the Object Matcher machine.
In the movie, Ruben Courbet was willing to sign her marriage registration because the machine did not give her information that she best matched her beloved object, but she could not.
